Steamed veggies (Napa cabbage, carrot, zucchini, green bean, snow-peas, celery, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and mushroom )  served with peanut sauce on top.          

Broccoli

Stir fried broccoli and carrot in fresh garlic and oyster sauce.

Mixed Vegetable

Stir-fried fresh garlic Napa cabbage, carrot, green bean, snow peas, celery, cabbage, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom and onion in oyster sauce.

 

Cashew nut

Stir fried fresh Thai chili, Thai chili paste with garlic, onion, carrots, celery, zucchini, green onion and cashew nut into Thai soy sauce.

Jungle stir-fried

Stir fried fresh Thai chili ,Thai chili paste with garlic, carrots, zucchini, onion, cabbage, celery, green onion and basil into Thai soy sauce.

Hot basil

stir fried fresh Thai chili with  garlic, green bean, carrot, onion and basil into Thai soy sauce.

Eggplant

Stir fried Chinese eggplant with fresh Thai chili and garlic, onion, carrot, green onion and basil in black soy bean sauce.

Sweet Basil

Stir fried fresh Thai chili, Thai chili  paste with garlic, onion, carrot, bamboo-shoot, mushroom and basil into Thai soy sauce.

Green Bean (Prig Khing)

Stir fried Prig khing chili paste with green bean, carrot and sliced lime leaf.

Pad Woon-Sen

Stir-fried bean thread with egg, cabbage, napa- cabbage, onion, tomato, snow peas, shredded carrot, and green onion seasoning with Thai soy sauce.

Sweet and Sour

Stir fried fresh garlic, onion, pineapple, tomato, carrot, celery, cucumber and zucchini into sweet and sour tomato sauce.

                         Ginger

Stir-fried fine julienne cut of fresh ginger with onion, wood-ear mushroom, carrot, celery and green onion with black soy bean sauce.
