          Red curry               Red curry paste in coconut milk cooked with bamboo shoot, peas, & carrots and fresh basil.

Yellow curry

Yellow curry paste in coconut milk cooked with potato, carrot  onion and green onion.

    Spicy fried rice           Stir-fried steamed jasmine rice with egg, fresh Thai chili, garlic, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, onion, basil in Thai soy sauce. 

Thai fried rice

Stir-fried steamed jasmine rice with egg, tomato, onion, cabbage, peas and carrots into thai seasoning soy sauce.

        Spicy noodle           Stir-fried wide flat rice noodle with egg, fresh Thai chili, garlic, onion, carrot, cabbage, broccoli, fresh  basil in Thai soy sauce.  

Pad Thai noodle

Stir-fried rice noodle, egg, leek, bean sprout with tamarind sauce served with ground peanut on top.

            Hot basil              Stir-fried fresh Thai chili with garlic, green bean, carrot, onion and basil into thai soy sauce .

Sweet basil

Stir-fried chili paste with garlic, fresh Thai chili, bamboo shoot, mushroom, onion, carrot, and basil into thai soy sauce.

Garlic and pepper

Stir-fried marinated choice of meat with fresh garlic, black pepper, peas & carrot. Served on bed of shredded cabbage. 

Sweet and sour

Stir-fried fresh garlic, onion, pineapple, tomato, carrot, celery, cucumber and zucchini into sweet and sour tomato sauce.

          Jungle stir-fried           Stir-fried chili paste, garlic, fresh Thai chili, with onion, carrots, zucchini, cabbage, celery and basil  into thai soy sauce. peas and carrots served on bed of shredded cabbage.

 

                  Mix vegetable

Stir-fried Napa cabbage, carrot, green bean, snow peas, celery, Cauliflower, zucchini, cabbage,  broccoli, mushroom and  onion in garlic oyster sauce.

(for vegetarian, mushroom sauce  or soy sauce can be substituted)

                       Broccoli

stir-fried broccoli, carrot and fresh garlic into oyster sauce.
